Processing time: All items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your package's weight and destination.

Delivery time: After shipping, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the carrier and service selected. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States. Local pickup is not available.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
